New Bass Pro in Chicago-land

What gives on the location of the new Bass Pro?

The new catalog shows it as a south-suburb of chicago...I forget the name....



But the Bass Pro site says on the Little Calumet River in Portage IN...?



which is it?



I'm hoping Portage...closer to me!!!

Looks neat that they will actually be 'on the water' and able to let folks test drive boats...(if it's the Portage site)...

The new one will be in 06 is in Bolingbrook and the Portage IN. will be in 07. Andy, being from LaPorte I can't wait to have a Bass Pro only 25 minutes from me!!!!!!

Bass pro is building one in bollingbrook I believe as we speak. They will also be putting one in Portage In. soon.. Great for me. About a half hour drive for me.

How long till the Bolingbrook one is done ? My cousin and my uncle are like 5 minutes from there ; this way I have justification to go back and visit. When will it be done ?

They've broken ground in bolingbrook; I've heard that the store is targeted to open in Nov. 06....

right now it's about 2.5hours to Gurnee Mills for me....

or Auburn Hills at 3.5 hours...

Portage would only be about 30 minutes...

Better start saving $$$ now!
