Hey Ken,

Just wanted to let you know that I'm not takin anything out on you or your fine folks at BPS A.H. in regards to my boat. I know your just the middlemen in this, and virtually as powerless as me in the final outcome. I recieved Kathy's e-mail in regards to my boat, I appreciate that, I know firsthand it's like trying to pull teeth to get information from the warranty center. I sent a reply to Kathy which you should read too. I really do appreciate everything you folks have done so far. Oh and by the way, when my boat returns, I need some minor work done on the motor. I'll fill u in when the time comes. Thanks again.

I appreciate that Smitty, and I totally understand your frustration. If everything is not 100% to your satisfaction, you know I will do everything in my power to make it right.
