OK folks, MK is overnighting a Maxxum, and then I need to mount it tomorrow afternonn. Please pray that it gets here in time. Aslo, thoughts and prayers for Nitros to rule the Everstart with me in the lead? LOL Hoping to make you all proud. My mom got a heaping dish of the game face, focused tourney Rob on Saturday. She was looking at houses and other boats, and I finally had to tell her, "Look Ma, I'm really trying to focus here, we can talk on the way home." She then realized just how mental tourneys of this caliber are. My whole family chipped in for gas money too. It was great. I spent about $180 this weekend taking it easy. Anyhow, probably won't be here much until next week, but I will try to post at night from the tourney to let you all know how the Nitro boys are doing. There is a guy with a 901 from East TN that I met briefly. I will get his name.

Just got off the phone with a friend up here that loaded a 20lb sack in the LCI this weekend. Plus got some very lucrative tips about coming to my northern haunts. It's a run boys, but I'm gonna make it. I was torn, but now a sort of peace has come over me and I know what I need to do! I will only have 4 1/2 to 5 hours to fish, but that should be enough to get me 15-17 lbs a day and make the cut. Consider the Ranger boys beaten! Course if I win, I'll BE a Ranger boy briefly, until I can trade that 518 in! LOL I talked to our production MGR here at work who races cars. All the guys are going to put together a small "pit crew" for me tomorrow to blitz out the boat and mount the TM in less than a half hour on our plant floor! The guys are all excitecd that I'm going. They're calling me the "phenom", whatever that means! LOL Man, everyone is rooting for me, how can I not do well. Thanks guys!

Just remember, the number one item that you need to arrive at the lake with, is your confidence. That will overcome almost everything, about 95% of the time. The other 5% of the time, it will still put you in sight of the lead dog.

Not as many as you might think. And if they do, then they're in MY neck of the woods. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY comes to MY house and pushes me around! LOL I own the north end of Champlain. Besides with the winnings, I can just BUY Buzz's boat after I run it all over creation! Them boys can eat my rooster tail!

I need a better description than the guy with the Nitro hat though. You and about 15 others! LOL

See you STILL can't add or count. Ken, 10 lbs plus 2 lbs is 12 lbs. That's still almost 3 lbs shy of the weight Marke and I had. Just keep on the hooked on phonics. We're all rootin for ya man. You can do it, just don't give up. Phonics CAN work for you too! LOL
