I am back again, in need of assistance. I've failed to get a positive response from Tracker Customer Service Rep. regarding warranty repair of the corrosion attacking every hole drilled in my 2000 TV-18's transom, even where there is plastic through the transom fittings. I have extensive knowledge of electrolysis and also the warranty wording related to the corrosion taking place.

What I'm in need of are names and addresses [email if possible] of Tracker executives so that I can make them aware of the decision being made at the lower levels of their service Dept.

I know what the warranty says, but I feel Tracker Executives should be made aware of what appears to me to be a unique problem.

Thanks for anybody's help!

Bob.

As I said in someone else's post, and I hope she doesn't mind, but Jenny Corley at Nathan Long's office was terrific in helping me. I cannot recall her number but I know people here have it, and if you do a search you will find it somewhere in early last year's posts. Good luck. Don't give up, and keep a cool head.

Thanks for the name, Rob. We'll try and search now. FYI - here's Tracker's response from an email I sent them - BOB

DEAR SIR, OUR WARRANTY DEPARTMENT HAS REVEIWED YOUR CLAIM AND HAS COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT IT IS NOT A WARRANTBLE ISSUE. THEY BELEIVE YOUR BOAT HAS BEEN USED IN SALT WATER. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER INQUIRES AND YOUR DEALER FEELS THEY ARE WARRANTBLE HE MAY CONTACT US ON YOUR BEHALF. THANK YOU, LESIA
