I just saw A boat for sale and was wondering what your opinions are on it. It is 2003 Alumacraft Fisherman 145 LTD with a 40 LB. thrust Minn-Kota, humming bird depth finder, 2003 hustler trailer, 2001 Evinrude 30 Hp "4 stroke" never started full 3 year warranty. $7,395 plus tax and title. Any opinions on this boat and motor. Any problems with it? I was just wondering.

Seems like a pretty good deal. The motor itself is probably worth about 3500 now. The boat is only 14' 6" and has a 70" beam. If you get it don't go out on any big water. I am guessing this is your first boat. Go for it.

You can upgrade in a few months or a year.

If you're a serious basser go for something larger. YOu can find something decent out there for under 10K.
