Need help loading pics!

Im trying to upload some pics into my library but every time I do an error occurs. I've tried loading two different pics and both did the same thing. They would load fine and then every time they get to 99% loaded I get this error message:



Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'



Script timed out



/shared/memberlib.asp



The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.



Can anyone help me out here?!

Try making the pics smaller before upload or if you are on a dial up connection hang up and try a different connection. Hope this helps.

For those having problems compressing images or lack of the proper software you can do it online at:

http://www.pegasustools.com/products/asap.html



Leave all the settings as is, just select the percentage of reduction.



Other than that Photoshop 6 or 7 is best. I've noticed all images in the library are huge and ran a couple through photoshop and it chops them to nothing.
