Good morning everyone. Thunderstorms here today. Well, I slept throught the night again and it's wonderful. And I'm right here Tee & Bill. Hopefully the days of my saying good morning at 2,3 or 4 a.m. are over. I will be here, just be patient..

Today is my and Nancy's 31st. anniversary. Hurray for us, huh? So we're going out to dinner tonight at our favorite place. A neighbor horned in and is going with us though. She's the one that just her house for all that money and wanted to take us to dinner. She's paying so ok. She also gave us a bunch of money as sort of a "finders fee" for helpinh her sell the house. I thought that was nice of her and I told Nancy we'd go out to dinner by ourselves this weekend on her money.
