middle seat/step on 2009 nitro 750

Hi everyone, I bought a 2009 Nitro 750, picking it up Saturday. My question is does the middle seat pop out so theres just a step up to the back deck? If not I could see that seat getting real dirty and possbily ruined at some point. Thanks for the info.

I have an '05 and if your layout is like mine the back step is on the passenger side not thru the middle. But sometimes I still do step over (not on) the middle seat if I have some rods or something over there.
