I only ran this prop a couple of months until I changed to a 24P so it is still in great shape. It is a Mercury Tempest 23P 3 blade prop model number 48-825864 A45. I also have the Flo Torq II Hub Assembly Kit for it. As far as the shipping goes I really don't have any idea on that but I will find out once I have a buyer.
