Byron, I had talked to the manufac. about that and they concurred with you that gray is better for metal and white for glass before I bought it yesterday, well I was not there when purchased, I looked at it at home and it's almost black, I was told the gray would be fine becuase the chip I am repairing is so small it would not matter. But it's not going to match and the white is preferable to glass.
So I was thinking............:wacko:
What if I mixed half white and half gray(really black), would it then be a light gray color that matches my hull?
