Is anyone else having problems with their seats falling apart?



Mine are literally ripping apart as I watch them. The funny part...The less (almost never) used passenger and center seat are the worst!! It started with disintegrating stitches and now the material itself.



I keep the interior clean and dry and always covered when not in use. Any ideas??

Had the same problem with my 97 800 lxs. The seat started to tear at the seams when the boat was 3 years old. In the that year Nitro used really cheap vinyl. I'm having them re-upholstered for $600.00 at a local upholsterer. Nitro wanted $900.00 and it would of had the same thin vinyl as the orginal.

Just replaced my seat in my Avalanche. Same thing, seats came apart at the seams in the middle. Dealer covered it under warrenty but now have the same seat again. I will probably do the same and reupholster the seat before it gets a chance to tear this time.
