WHY in the world did he KEEP going to Brothers boat shop? They sound about as thick skulled as the rest. I feel bad for the guy but geesh, sue Bayliner and get a different boat! Like Tex said, I would have conveniently parked in the back yard and forgot a candle burning or something.

I think I would have hired an attorney after the second trip. The only way to get the attention of these kind of guys. I definitely would have made them give me a NEW boat or taken that one back and refunded my money. A jury, I think, would have a tendency to side with the guy getting screwed!
