Magic and Bird special on HBO

I'm not usually one to start something off topic, But I just got done watching the special on HBO. Let me tell you, well worth watching. Maybe having grown up watching that unfold ( and being from Mass ) made it have more of an affect. This has to be one of the best specials I have seen. To be able to get inside the mind of two of the best competitors was a real eye opener. Tournament guys can relate with their drive to be the best, and the love of compitition.



If you get a chance take the time to watch it!!

I like the title of your post - Magic and Bird special . . . .



Those two players made Basketball what it is today, both in College and the Pro's (although I really don't watch the pro game at all any more). Still love March Madness though.

I went to high school with Magic Johnson. He was a down to earth type guy then and appears to still be that way. I can remember walking down the hall and seeing a big afro bobbing above every one else in the hall. He signed my yearbook without hesitation too.
