I need to give a boost to Lowrance for excellent customer service.
On Wednesday evening, I filled in an online request form at their web site, asking for pricing on replacement knobs and washers for my Eagle Ultra Classic finder mount. The next day, I received an email saying that they were on the way, no charge. On Saturday, they arrived via U.S. Mail.
All I can say is: Wow!
