Looking for fish ( to stock)

I have been elected (shanghai'd) into finding Rockfish (Stripers) fingerlings to restock the lake in the community where I own a little chunk of land and fish. Now this may sound simple enough but I have searched around quite a bit and have come up near empty. You see all the outfits I can find raise and sell only hybrid stripers now-a-days and I need true stripers because here in VA within the Chesapeake watershed you can't go with hybrids as it is agin' the law. If anyone can put me on to a hatchery that can help me out it would be appreciated.I have done lots of internet searching and the State of VA won't sell to us either. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
