lake info for nh

i need to take a newbie fishing on saturday.

he is located just outside of rochester and i am looking into fishing either ayers pond or swains lake. both in the Barrington area.

does anybody know if there is public access on these lakes?

wich lake would you recomend?

Thanks for the info, i do know calefs store.

looks like i will be heading to Swains. it seams that Ayers pond no longer has a public ramp.
