Ken,
Responding to your question on how I "might" be ordering an 896.
A fishing partner of mine won a certificate in a fall (October) tournament. I have the luxury of buying that certificate for $14,000 a $22,000+ value. I have checked with my dealer and he said that Tracker/Nitro is honoring all the current certificates for 896's and will build a 2003 model for certificates only. You can also upgrade to a different boat, 901, 929, etc., but they will only give you $18,000 credit/trade-in value if you go to another boat. I haven't ordered it yet 'cause I still got my brand new 901 that I need to sell, and my bank just can't understand why I need to have 2 Nitro bass boats financed at the same time. LOL If you know anyone that needs an almost new 10 month old 901 for a great price I got one. KENNY
