How far down from the bow eyelet should you start to apply the keelsheild on a 700 lx?

Thanks Bill....

For all Boats: Method 1 :Determine where your hull will first (or has) touched the beach or trailer. This is your first point of impact. The leading edge of your KeelShield needs to begin a minimum of 18-24" in front of this point. Method 2 : If you know where your resting water line you can begin the leading edge of your KeelShield a minimum of 4-6" above the resting water line. The leading edge or the beginning of your KeelShield MUST be placed above your first point of impact or you will have adhesive failure.

You do not want your bow roller or bunks to make contact with it.

Thanks for the info! I'll give it a try tomorrow!
