Well folks, my dealer called today and my 750 NXDC is in the house!!!! I will be heading over there Friday to meet with the salesman and service manager. I have some accessories I need them to add. I was a little taken back by something the salesman said to me. Nitro's refund program($400) expires on 3/31 and he says I have to close before than to still be eligible for the money back?? I figured since I put a deposit on it in Feb. that is the date that should matter but I didn't argue with him. I will give the boat a good going over before I sign anything and I have a legal attachment I copied from this website that requires the dealer to give a full refund if any major defects are found within the first week. Thank God for this site!!! My head is screwed on pretty well for a guy going for his first big boat and alot of it has to do with the info and knowledge acquired here. Thanks Guys!!!

He is probably right on the refund issue. In the automotive business no matter what rebate programs are in effect when you order a vehicle, the only one that matters is the one thats in effect at the time you sign on the dotted line. You can maybe make out better or you can loose. But they have also been known to back date the closing of the deal a few days as long as they have it in their possesion on or before the end of the rebate date.

But anyway good luck and hope you enjoy your new ride.

The in service date of the boat and motor have to be within the required time frame to be eligible for the refunds. Typical for any purchase.

Good luck with the new boat...I ordered my 882 in April last year got it in june and they honered the deal they had last year which was A 500.00 gift card from Bass pro.The deal was May 31st.As long as the boat is in house by the cutoff date they should honor it.....
