Impeller parts?

Hi all, I am going to change the impeller on my Merc 25 HP 4-stroke Bigfoot motor. Do I also need gaskets (I'm hoping there is an impeller kit).

Any tips on changing, I see someone said to make sure it is in gear before dropping lower unit. Thanks in advance.
