While we had an overly active brush fire season here in Western, PA and we had a larger amount of structural damage and even a few loses, I don't know of any boats being destroyed. I will check with my friends at DCNR/Forestry on Monday and see if they can see if any were damaged or destroyed throughout PA. I am sure that if there were that they would be more than willing to help out with your project.
