Ok so my fenders are shot. My dad and I have re-welded them many times, and the only thing holding them together is many beads of weld. I would really like the exact same ones again. The ones that came with the trailer are nice and you can step on them with sizable steps molded into the fenders. I looked at champion trailers but I cannot find the ones that you can step on. Most of the fenders out there are just covering the wheel itself and do not offer the step. The trailer is a Trailstar 1997 single axle.

Try the link below, they make most of the trailer parts for my trailer (NX882). They might be able to hook you up with the fender manufacture. I was looking for new fenders for my trailer last year, spend several weeks searching the web and found some at west marine, champion trailer parts, tractor supply company, ect...all were galvanized but not one came with steps. I bought some from west marine, they were almost exactly the same, BUT the factory fenders are cut at an angle from the inside to give more clearance beside the hull. The ones from west marine are the same width from top to bottom. Make sure before you buy any fender other than stock that you have atleast 2 inches between the freeboard and the inside of the fender on both sides to still have good clearance.
