Yesterdays, tourny was AWEFUL!!!! high of 48, rain, and a nice cold north

wind. I blanked, i also have ZERO common sense! Friday night i had a sore

throat, it didnt bother me and i went ahead and got ready for the tourny.

I woke up saturday morning feeling a little bad, but it was teh first tourny

of the year and i wasnt going to miss it.

I got to the lake, i was dizzy, felt nausiated, but it still didnt stop me

from fishing. I put on my raingear, and i realized i left my waterproof

shoes at home. My feet got wet and cold by about 9, weigh in was at 2. I

was miserable, the more the day dragged on the more worse of i got. I even

sat down in the boat to regroup because i was feeling nausiated. i was

stupid and didnt stop. I couldnt cast, flip or do anything. i never had a

bite. My dad lost a fish on a fluke and rattle trap. in fact, about 1:00 i

decided to go ahead and tell my dad i didnt feel good and head on in. the

weather was aweful...and i wasnt getting any better. Right when i turned

around to talk to him, he hooked the rattle trap fish, it got off. I

decided to stay till weigh in and fish, hopefull they had turned on. It

didnt happen and at 1:30 i was really bad off i fessed up and we headed in.

tough day. two limits, 7.5 and 6.0 we first and second. all fish were

caught carolina riggin in deeper water. i fished in 5 foot or less, like i

had the past weekend.

I went to the doctor today. They tested for pnumonia, flu, and what all

else. They finally came to the conclusion that i have bronchitis. I am on

3 perscriptions. I have a school (choir tour-New Orleans, Lousianna) trip

that i leave for on wednesday, i hope i'm better. I feel horrible. I'm

glad i went, but i wish i would have stayed home in a way because i still

blanked. My next tourny isnt for another couple of weeks, so it wont be

affected by the Lousianna trip.

Anway, i'm REALLY tired and i'm going to go laydown.

Dont feel bad I did the same thing. It was not a tourny but the weather man said it was going to be a good day, He was right until I got out there. I stayed like you and I have had strep/flu/ and now Bronchitis. Problem Is Im 40 (still no comon sense) and have been sick for over 1 month.

I hope you feel better.

When Andy came down with Strep just a few days before the state final band competition I insisted he get an antibiotic injection. Doctors don't do that anymore because all they know how to do is write prescriptions. We had to go to a special pharacy that gives injections. It will cut your down time by at least 24 hours. He couldn't lift his head off the pillow on Wednesday and was marching and feeling fine on Saturday.

And if you're like me.....

I've never gained any common sense!

You just might have to learn to live with it! LOL!!

I am feeling better now. The doctor told me to stay home from school today. If my fever is gone and i feel up to I can go for a half day tomorrow.

Even though i feel better, i still feel bad. I havent had a real meal since saturday. I have a couple of crackers, and juice. thats about it. This morning I did eat part of a pancake.

I cant sleep either. Saturday night I got about 2 hours of sleep and last night i got about 3. One of the medicines that I'm taking is for night time. I wish it would make me sleep through the night.
