i guess its time to say its here

i guess winter is finally here.i sadly have to say that i put the boat up for the winter.pulled everything off/out of her,took her down for her final wash and wax.pulled all 3 batteries,checked the water,added what was needed,and charged them for a couple of hrs,then put them to bed for the winter.



got her tarped up snugly under a kind of temporary garage,like you see in northern tools catalog.at least i can get inside and do some work to it.



guess you can say the seasons over here!

Headed out Thursday night for three days of Walleye fishing on the Mississippi. Then a December tourney... Might get to keep fishing all through January... Depends on weather... If lakes and rivers don't freeze up...

the boat had a inch of snow on the floor when the tarp did a rip when the windstorm came through before the rain,then snow!



i know it still runs in the snow,but every weekend i have the time to go,it either rains or snows,and its freezing.



got a few projects to do this winter!

just a few modern conviences,microwave,tv-dvd-vcr combo.satellite internet connection for those on the water reports!!



i wish!!



got a few small upgrades to do.i want to replace all the decks this winter,and i have been toying with a t-top on it.not quite sure on that yet.the aluminum will be costly,but the shelter for the browns on lake ontario will be great.



oh forgot the trailer might get a few more lights on it,and 2 new outboard bunks.

Dude that sucks, I went fishing last weekend and caught a few LM. It's pretty hard to imagine having to deal with snow on a consistent basis.............sa
