Just wanted you guys to know that Greg at Humminbird is great. I emailed him from the road several times early this week and even though it's not his real job, he provided all of the information I needed to resolve an issue. The last person I dealt with that had this level of care for the customer was Sue when she was with Guest. Enough said.
