Hull Problem

My name is John Reid. In the spring of 2012 I bought a new z7 from Bass Pro Shops Springfield Missouri. It has been performing well at 61 62 miles an hour since I purchased it. This spring performance drops off 250 miles per hour. No problem with the motor The Merc 150 still runs properly with only $200 on it. Took it into a local dealer and he said that the hall is Warped. Call Bass Pro Shops they suggested I take a nap in for warranty check. After looking at it I called them and they said that my warranties probably only good for two to three years even though the warranty paperwork says that the hall is guaranteed against the materials and workmanship for the life of the original owner. I'm wondering if anybody else has had problems of this nature with Bass Pro Shop or with their z7? Let me hear from you if you have and what you did about it and how it worked out please thank you
