Hey Geys -- Check this out ..
They are Stripping all incoming and out going e-mails of image files here at work.
Including....."JPEG, BMP, DIB, EMF, GIF, ICO, JFIF, JPE, JPEG, JPG, PNG, RLE, TIF, TIFF and WMF files at SMTP. Although WMF is the only impacted file type, all related image files must also be blocked as MS handles pictures by information contained in the file header, not by the file extension used. ""
