How to remove seat backs

Does anyone know how to remove the seat backs on a 2003 929 CDX? I have a small rip in the center seat and would like to take it to an upholstery shop and get it repaired. I haven't looked at this too hard yet, thought I would start with the experts.

I think if you remove the liners on the rear compartments (directly behind the seats, you will find the fasteners for the seat backs on the bulkhead wall.
