How to get blood out of woven vinyl flooring

Last weekend we had a couple big perch gut some hooks and got some blood in the woven vinyl flooring In my tracker v175. I figured I would just stop at the car wash on the way home but there is still a bunch of spots that didn’t come off. I’m assuming from early in the morning and they were the driest. What do you guys use to get stubborn stains out

use dishwasher liquid soap. mix with water and let it soak. its made to dissolve protein.

Try oxy clean, mix it with water into a very wet paste and let it sit overnight.

I was the laundry man for a lodging business that my wife & I owned/ran for 8 years. I used Oxy Clean but the most effective thing was hydrogen peroxide, the 3% solution we buy at the drug/grocery store. I was dealing with bath towels that guests left with blood in them, sometimes it looked like a lot of blood.
