Drop it all the way down first.



1)Try it on the water.



2)If the water pressure is good, bring it up half a inch.



3)Start over at step 1 until the water pressure starts to go too low. Don't let it fall under 12psi according to Merc., and 15psi is what I would suggest.



You might want to switch to a 25 or 24 pitch Trophy prop.
