Man this thing is really coming together fast. My wife and I put it in God's hands, and of course he has not dropped the ball at all. We got our bid, but with no contingencies. But in my mind, I knew that I HAVE to sell our current residence to have the money for closing fees and downpayment, and new appliances etc. Well, we didn't even have it listed yet, and the realtor wanted 6-7%. Well, I thought I'd make some calls to connections, and put it in the paper. It ran this morning and we already have had a call. God honors committment! This is going to be a sweet deal. Thanks again all, for thoughts and prayers. I'm thinking that one night during the rally, y'all can come on up to the big house for some C&L's!!!!
