Well I wanted to buff the old girl....my BOAT, this weekend for Buzz's nephew to come see it next weekend and borrowed a big Craftsman industrial buffer from a friend (which made it a LOT easier) but he suggested this compound at the body shop store. Well it better have worked; it cost me $30 for 1 bottle. Let me just say for mild oxidation and overall cleaning up and buffing up glass, this stuff is awesome. My rig hasn't shined like that since it was probably new. I went through and really cleaned it up. Got a few more little finishing touches and she'll be ready to go. I'll cry when it leaves! LOL All she needs is some new seats and it is one bad a$$ tourney ready 18 footer. I can't remember the name of the compound right now, but will write it down tonight and post it tomorrow. It goes a long way too, I only used less than a 1/4 bottle for the whole boat.

So, Rob..... You gonna offer your buddies on the board the remaining compound at a discounted price? :^)

Actually, I'm going to use the most of the rest of it on the 896 to spiff 'er up! What's left over will go to Buzz for whatever boat he picks up to spit shine that one too! Gotta look goooood at our partner tourneys this year! And if you guys have ever seen us in a boat, we need all the help we can get!

Rob,

Exactly "what" compound were you using?
