Hilton Head, SC fishing?

Guys,

I will be taking a short trip to Hilton Head, SC in a few weeks and want to get some fishing in. We will have access to a small boat and will stay close to the island (read- no deep sea fishing). I am looking for advice on what to take for tackle. I am up for catching anything that swims, just don't want to be skunked.



I realize this may not get many answers b/c it is saltwater, but any advice will help. As of right now I have a few jigheads and plastic grubs, but don't mind picking up a few good lures for the trip.

The condo we stayed at a few years ago had about a one acre pond in the back of it.

Bream and bass in there along with a small gator! Just have fun...
