Hey Scott,...Lindner's new show

Did ya see the NEW show from the "Lindner's"?....They've met the "no compeating" show clause of their contract when they sold the "In-Fishermen" to Primemedia,...so now they've got a new show that's basically a clone (no it's not sponsored by the Raelians,...LOL) of their old show! I saw it saturday and loved it!! They're still with Lund and Mercury, but now their rods and reels are all Shimano's and their electronics are some wierd brand I've never heard of (they used Bottom Line and Quantums for years on their old show)......but they are back in the game now!! It'll be interesting to see how it differs from the current "In-Fishermen" shows.......but even in the closing credits, I noticed most of their old staff from I/F are with them on their new show!!...Maybe the corporate honcho's in NY (Primemedia)were ruffling too many feathers in little ol' Brainerd so they all split,...who knows,...but their new show is excellent!! I'll be taping a few of those episodes in the future!!! Just curious if you saw it, since we were talking about them a couple of weeks ago!! It's a 3 word title...."Lindner's Angling Edges" or something like that?!

Watch for it...it's a good'un!!

I saw it as well. I did tape it and hope to tape the rest of the season. It was a little different the way they focused on one species/technique, but I am glad they are back.

Since you've got a tournament at Kentucky Lake on April 19th and 20th.....

I'll bet your Sponsors would love to see you get down there the weekend before to prefish and show off that new Ranger!

Heck! I'd even help you drive it!

And you could leave the Ranger in St. Louis during the week so's you wouldn't have to haul it all the way back to Michigan!

I'm fishing the FLW's as a "Co-angler"......I don't need a boat down there,.....I will have no say in where we go anyway, so it's pointless to even pre-fish!!..LOL.. I would like to attend the rally, but I can't afford 2 trips down there either financially or via time off work!! Don't worry though,..we'll hook up one day, and I'll let you drive my boat!! No problem!!

I will be flying in to Springfield that morning sometime,...doing the Chicago show on friday and going to Springfield on Saturday & Sunday.....I will let you know when my flight arrives,...(don't have my ittinerary yet,..BPS is working out the logistics now)...I'll keep you posted,...and yes, we'll hook up for lunch as soon as I get into town! I think Tim and Shilo King will be there too!!
