I'll post my adventures this afternoon after I get caught up a little.

Seems as though our future Prez not only CANNOT count to 5,...but he has a hard time differentiating the difference between a BOW,..and a Fishin' Pole!!

To summarize,.....he get's up at 5am to get ready to leave by 5;30am to head out to his blind...it's rainin' like heck and he's got a 1/2mile walk to get to his hunting area in some pines behind his house. He's got a system down, where he carries a penlight and 2 arrows in one hand,..and his bow in the other hand......well...he's a 1/4mile into his walk and he realizes in his "arrow" hand is a penlight,..and NO ARROWS!!,......So, he turns around in the rain,...start's heading back to his house to grab the arrows and what do you suppose he notices in his BOW hand???

Alas,.....a 6'6" Med/Hvy Pro Qualifier and Shimano combo!!

Why does the thought of "Alexander Haig" as President seem like a good idea now??!!!! LOL!!!...Neeley,..you're unreal!

That made my afternoon!! TRUE STORY!!!!

Way to reel 'em in Ken! Whatcha using for "bait". Isn't baiting illegal in MI? And you guys expect me to believe that you had a hog in the boat at the rally? LOL I knew Neeley wasn't a morning person when I brought by coffee at the rally and just his arm reached out the cracked door and snatched it from me while I heard this grumbling growling noise from behind the door! But THIS really proves it! Ken, I would stick to afternoon hunts when you're awake and it's light so you can see what you're carrying in. I would recommend labeling everything like "ROD" or "BOW", but I'm just not convinced that the hooked on phonics has really brought you that far yet! Keep your head up buddy! You can do it! LOL All jokes aside, it's better than driving 3 hours to camp, settling in Friday night and then getting up the next morning and hoofing it 2 miles up the mountain to your watch to realize you left the box of ammo on the kitchen counter at home and just turned your hunt into an EARLY AM nature hike! Not that I've done it......I've heard!

What type of bait did you have tied on?? Must have been either a buzzbait or a spinner for the early morning bite!

The rod I grabbed had an Excalibur Spook in white shad tied on...must have been thinking about an early morning top-water bite...I just love throwing spooks in the rain!!!

So Ken - What test line did you have on the reel? You trying for a new line record - 15point buck reeled in on 10lb XPS line!!!! LOL
