Do you have any "used" props in stock?? Looking to get one at a good price.

Either a Laser II, Tempest or a Trophy....

13.75" x 23 or 24.

(The Merc prop selector recommends a 25P for my boat, but I'm getting exactly 6000rpms at WOT with my current 23P)

Let me know...thanks!!

Mac

What size engine please?

If it's the 150.....the Tempest has a diameter of 14 5/8....and I do have one {freshly rebuilt too!}.....check your e-mail.....if it's the one you want $200.00+ shipping {yes, HUGE discount}. It does NOT have the flo-torq hub. You have e-mail with pics.....:)

You do unless you have an extra. It is the removeable plastic hub....if you don't have one I'm sure I can "find one"......

I think I need to make a call!! ;)

Thanks for the hook-up Bro!! Great talking to you,...I ( or I mean WE) sure do appreciate all of your help, advice, and knowledge sharing on this board....you are one helluva valuable asset for sho!! I think I need to send you a custom 'toon for your office wall....let me ponder the possibilities!!

Have a great week!!

Mac

You are ENTIRELY WELCOME!!! Anytime!!! Getting it boxed up as we speak. I included the plastic hub and the brass insert....all you'll need is your prop nut, tab washer and thrust hub. ;)

Here's your tracking number:

1Z 246 618 03 6182 9411

Will leave today UPS, pick-up usually around 4pm.....!!!!

Amen to THAT TEE,.....Bob's a funny guy too......enjoyed chatting with him!! I love this board!!

Bob,...I just checked the delivery status via tracking number,....it's on the truck to be delivered today!! AWESOME!! Just in time to put it on and try it out tomorrow on the BIG lake.....taking my oldest daughter out for a fishin' date w/Dad!!

Bob,...took the boat out today and all I can say is,..."SUUUUHHWWEEEEEEEEEEEET!" LOL

It had a great holeshot with the old Laser II on it,..but the hole shot now is just sick!! ahaahaha...it's almost like a the boat just lifts up and rockets outa the hole like it's on a hydrafoil....really happy with that...it went from "great" to "HOLY @#$~!"

AND,.......you would think since it's a 14.75" vs the 13.75 that was on there,..that I would turn a couple hundred LESS RPM....NOT!! It's actually turning @200-300 MORE!!(6200 was what I pegged out at) I didn't have to remove any of the plugs either. I'm wondering if I could've gone to a 24P, but it's not that important now....I'm very happy with this new Tempest,.....it's turned a good lil boat into a freakin' GREAT lil boat!! Can't wait to hit the BIG water Sunday! Thanks again....you are the MAN!!

My water pressure is right at 14-15psi at WOT.......I installed a new gauge too so that was another reason I had to test it out today. I'm a happy dude right now!!

Great! Don't worry about the rpm, that motor will handle a lot more. Water pressure is right where it should be, but don't let it get any lower. Be safe!

Edit: 1. diameter change on the tempest.

2. The "other" reason for the increased rpm is the cool spring temps. Expect a couple hundred less when it warms up......

I'll keep you posted on performance and data changes if anything develops. Thanks again for the hook-up and the constant stellar advice!! ;)
