I found the source for the water in the front livewell...
On my 911 (2001), they connected the drain from the front livewell to the pumpout of the left rear livewell with a T.... with the T facing down, any "pumpout" from the left rear livewell would basically fill the front livewell... and the front livewll had no manual drain (you aint going to free-flow water up hill thru the pumpout fitting, no matter what you do).
So, I removed that T and capped that line... there should be no more water getting into that front livewell!
Problem solved. (I hope).
