I have a 2006 NX750DC and have had a 3 inch diameter section under my boat repaired two times for cracking and now it has a fine crack again. Would it hurt to let it go or should I get it taken care of now, and what causes it to keep happening.

I'd get it sealed ASAP. Water intrusion will expand the fibers and make it worse. They may need to expand the damaged area to get to dry glass and make a more permanent repair. Good luck!

"under my boat" is a big area, if it is near a stringer you might want to make sure it hasn't come loose.
