I've posted about this issue here before. It's now the never ending story. Please help if you can!

If any of you have a few minutes to spare, please e-mail Mr. Morris with your thoughts and concerns about mine and many others situations: (Reference Jim Celerglerski's boat)

I have to agree... not a quality job... ANd, I cannot believe that this has not been resolved. Again, as I have said... I sit at the tables with the pros of the walleye world and you are known by name and your boat situation is discussed in particular. I do not know why Tracker has not realized that they are getting a "million dollar's" worth of free "negative" publicity out of the way you have been treated.

I just spent an hour os so at the FLW Green Bay tour event discussing "customer service". Then I posted here... Tracker cannot see that wheteher they "fix" or replace 75-100-125 boats properly... one boat done like yours and the word spreads quickly.

I wish you luck... It seems as though Tracker has decided that the reputation of their "pro" boat is not important to them... And, of course that is why I see one or two boats at the most at any FLW event... $6,000,000 worth of boats and they have less that 2% of that market. Sponsorship and contingency money are at issue in the FLW but at PWT events the ratio is about the same...

SAdly, the guys who have Tundras without issues tell everyone they are the greatest boat out there... But, who wants to invest $50,000 in a game of customer service Russian roulette... A Pro can't take a 15 month hiatus from fishing to have any issue resolved, especially his boat.

I was seriously considering a Tundra after the last kid gets out of college next year. I have a small nest egg started and I can buy a Tracker product at cost less $200. Seeing this is probably the last boat I'll buy for a long time maybe ever, I think I'm gonna take a pass at the Tundra. Maybe look for a used Ranger 618 now.
