Morning guys:

I made it thru another hurricane. I only have some tree damage at the house. All the buildings are fine. Here at work it's the same. Around Lafayette, it's mainly tree damage and some small homes and trailers damaged. THere was one death here in Lafayette due to a tree falling on a house. We missed another bullet.

We got hammered. We are on day four without electricity and still 10 days from having any. We are lucky that we did not have any loss of life and blessed to have friends and family to fall back on. We just had our 3rd son on August 25. What a way to welcome him to Louisiana.

Oh what great news!! I'm sure there's a lot of property damage but what's important is there were very few fatalities.



Congratulations on the newest addition to your family Bayou Boy Yep, he came into this world and Louisiana in particular, just about right!



I sure wish Bubby would chime in and let us know how he and his family are?
