Ok I am gonna get a guide gear suite but I have a few questions.

Would you get the insulated or non insulated? Just how warm is the insulated? I will probally be fishing the warmer months mostly and figure I could bundle up to keep warm, so I may get the uninsulated.

Also what size would you recommend? I am about 5'11" and weight about 175lbs. I am thinking medium, but I wanna be roomy in them and not fitting to tight, espically if I get the non insulated.

Lastly, they have plenty of suites. So which would be the best for a days fishing? I know I want a parka and bibs, so is there a particular one I should try to get?

Thanks for all the help!!

Uh..... Donnie..... At 5'6" and 145#..... I wear a medium!

I think you ought to go a little bit larger!

Get the uninsulated and layer underneath when needed!

Happy New Year!

me!

I am 5'11" - 190 and I wear a large. It should be about right for you. Insulated is too much. You can always wear clothes underneath with the uninsulated. I just got my 2nd set for X-mas. You will really like them.

I just purchased and received a new set of GuideWear from Cabella's. It's fantastic. I'm with the others, buy the un-insulated version and layer up when needed.

I compared the BPS 100 MPH suit with the Cabela's guidewear, and the Guidewear is FAR superior. There is a Cabela's in Wheeling WV that shouldn't be all that far from where you are at.

Mosey over there and make sure of the fit and feel. I bought the 'short' bib's (5' 10") and they are just about the right length. They are advertised as 30" inseam, which is perfect for me. The 'regular' ones go to 33" inseam, which will probably be too long.

I have bought a lot of stuff from Cabelas over the years and the clothes are cut for real men!!! LOL!!!
