Guest came through with a new 2631a charger this morning. I am now a satisfied customer, I didnt really want to buy another charger. Because the Guest fit so well in my boat. And you guys spoke so highly of them .Now I hope to get the service from my chargers that you guys have.
 
That's good to hear Todd,.....glad Guest took care of you. They deffinitely have one of the best chargers on the market, so their customer service should reflect that!!
 
I hope it serves me many years. I may have been getting up tight about it all but I couldnt get it straight. It took 8 phone calls and 4 emails and a fax. But now its right. They apologized letting me know they were short handed. I understand this because I called 56 people last week trying to hire. All 56 had applied for the jobs and I hired 2 out of all people I called. So alls good I went from worried customer to pissed customer to satsfied customer
 
Biggest mistake they ever made was letting SueD leave...Period. Doesn't decrease the quality of their product but certainly puts them in a different light.
