I went fishing today, put the trolling motor over very weak. I came home and plugged in the guest, on one battery red light on the other green. The battery had to be discharged. Is this a charger or battery problem. It is a 24 volt trolling motor.

Sounds like a battery problem to me. You might want to switch the leads from the charger and see if the other light stays red.

Check the fuse on the bank that is showing only green. I know on mine when the fuse holder came apart or the fuse blew(when i hooked it up backwards once) it would show green on that bank even when the battery had been used all day.

Jim , you hit it on the head. My fuse was cracked in half.
