Greg....I was on Moose pond this am.....long is about half clear. Have not fished much on either since we just moved to Bridgton last summer. Lived in Raymond last five years and fished Thomas and Panther ponds all the time. Pulled bass out of both in unreal numbers. (836 for 2003). Will know more about Moose and Long after this summer. You don't live around here now?

it was a summer house for us, it is still in the family.

my parents bought a place on long lake about 15yrs ago and they are there just about all summer.

i try to get up there a couple times a yr.

i have a friend who used to own a place on panther pond.

i cought my first large mouth over 5lb there. night fishing arond a rock pile in the middle of the lake.

i was about 18 then. man that was a long time ago.

i will be on long lake at some point this summer and try to get over to moose pond.

i will send a post for an update when it gets close.
