Hey Greg, I am havivg puter problems. I read down below where you posted a couple of websites to download. I am wondering about the Vondo site. Do I need to purchase this package to clean my computer???? I am very limited with computer knowledge and will purchase if needed. Would you be kind enough to help walk me thru this??? Thanks in advance.

There are two possible "fixes" before a wipe and reload. Vundo Fix... (copy and paste to your browser) http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/VundoFix.shtml

And, malwarebytes (copy and paste to your browser) http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button

Install and run Malwarebytes first. Then install and run Vundo Fix..

If you are experiencing problems with "Security Soldier" or "Windows Antivirus 2009"

The two suggestions I make are for Malwarebytes

And, then Vundo Fix...

Both are free... Download and install both and run malwarebytes first...

If you need assistance you can email me and I will call you (just can't tonight, I am at a customer site and takingn a break)
