I think we often hear complaints about dealers and service, but do not hear reports so often when everything goes well. At BPS at Arundel Mills near Baltimore the Tracker sales manager, Joe Evans, and the Tracker service manager, Ryan Daugherty, have been top notch in correcting problems keeping me a satisfied customer, so I wanted to let the group know.
