Well, after 3 trips to check up, 5 connected conversations, at least a dozen messages left, and a threat that I would come take my boat back, the guy, you guessed it, never did a thing. SO.... I went there last night with my friend (as a witness) and sure 'nuff, there he was unloading war eagels! Man was I hot! What insued can only be described as "git outta ma way, for I throttle ya good!" This guy knew he was in the wrong, he had torn apart my boat and not done ANYTHING to start fixing it. Mind you, it's been there since NOVEMBER and I need to start guiding in less than a month! He threatened to call the police, and I encouraged it. I can just see that one, "Yes, officer, this guy is stealing HIS boat!" You know, I really am a nice guy, but last night was a true test of my character! Anyhow, the ole girl is in the yard now, scheduled to go to a proper shop next week and the glass shop after that. That will give me 1-2 weeks max to do all my upgrades and yearly maintenance to get ready for April 13! So if you ever see a guy in a teal and black S-10 blazer with VT plates, that looks like he just fell off of the ZZ Top bus, (beard to his knees) towing a trailer of war eagles, say hi for me!

It was some little shop in Albug VT. Guy was supposed to be good, but cheap and fair. NOT! Well, maybe, but his customer service attitude was horrible. I asked for hydraulic pricing 3 times and he never quoted me. go figure!

Chris, Nothing major, needed a new impeller, new throttle control lever and I had a short somewhere in my wiring harness at the transom. He "supposedly" changed the impeller and seal kit for my lower unit. Then he took out the control box and unhooked my harness and left both of them like that for 3 months! Never returned my calls, left my boat in the mud and was too busy building a stinkin garage! Anyhow, she's in good hands now, and should be done soon. Needed to vent.
