Morning all, sitting around playing with my daughter's new laptop. Fell asleep last night, woke up a few hours later, and couldn't get back to sleep.

Figured I get everything ready for my trip to Erie this weekend. Wish I was going up to fish.

Going up for the state bowling tournament. Wish me luck, I'll need it.

8:30pm here Sat night, Beka's best friend from Highschool and her husband are arriving tomorrow AM for their first visit out of the US (with a passport) and obviously first time in China!



I'm actualy in town (that's Shanghai) for 2 more weeks before my next business trip, which is to 2 cities in India.



I can't believe it, 2 years ago I had NO stamps in my passport, last week I had to go to the US embassy here and get more pages added as I didn't have enough for my India visa! How times change. When opportunty knocks, ya gotta at least open the door to listen, I never would have thought 3 years ago i'd need new passport pages, let alone that i'd be living in another country! USA - Truly the land of opportunity!!

Morning and best of luck to you, with this wind I do not think you would get to fish on Erie. I get my first stamp on my second passport next month and my first time to Thailand.

Morning all. Beautiful here in E. Texas this weekend, but going to be chilly in the morning. Got to protect the 'mater' plants tonight.



Had a long time friend come up Thursday. We went fishing Thurs. afternoon and Friday morning. More fishing than catching, but I got my first Lake Palestine SLAB yesterday. I'll post a picture sometime this weekend. Hoping to get out yet this weekend, but the weather (temps mosting) are playing havoc with the fish - and we are in a 'windy pattern'.
