Good Morning Nitro dudes and dudettes!!!



9pm here in Shanghai, have one more business meeting and then its off to Beer and bed!



For those who posted/viewed my Migraine post, I cut all caffine out as of mid-last week (thats no coffee, coke or diet coke) and so far so good. I don't know if that will cure it, but i'm trying one thing a time, and leaving my good old cold beers to give up last!!

Alcohol of any kind may trigger my wife's migraines but red wine is the worst culprit. Interestly, a lack of caffeine in the morning will guarantee a migraine.

Well I knew posting this would be a jinx! Got up this AM (posted this last night my time) and 6:15 got the first Aura's (precursour to the migraine), and strangely have had 3 episodes of Auras (the flashy/wiggly lights I get before a migraine) in the last 2 hours. I took some prescription pain meds, so the headache isn't too bad but this aura/vision stuff is a royal PAIN ironicaly!



Jack - "always check labels" is a bit of an issue over here in Shanghai, I don't read Chinese yet, and the requirements for labeling are very different
