Good morning everyone. Mid to upper 90's, sunny and muggy today. I don't know how it can get hotter than yesterday but it seems it's going to try. My pool water feels like a warm bath.

I didn't have a very good night and have been up since about 3:00. Hopefully when the pills kick in I can go back to bed. My niece is bringing me lunch and also her daughter and a couple of friends to go swimming today. I think I like watching kids enjoy the pool more than I like it myself.:)

Coffee is on so help yourself AND a glass of milk for Bubby.

Everyone have a great and safe day.

Morning, forcasted 104 with 20-30 mph winds! Talk about a blast furnace. The girls want to go tubeing today so I may do that. Have a good one, Chris F.

Maybe the new Supreme Court Justice will take a stand against mornings.....

TEE -

I've got bad allergies, too. Go to your Doctor and ask for a sample of Astelin. It comes in an ugly yellow and red box. I've tried all the nasal sprays and such over the years and this stuff is a miracle drug! The instructions say "two sprays in each nostril twice daily"; I do one spray in each nostril once a day and I'm set to go!

Try it! You'll like it!!

me!

G'morning all,

I had serious allergie problems until I went to the health food store and got back on my Essiac Tea capsules, now I take no allergie meds and feel great other than this cancer that's eating me. :D

I think alot of it from air conditioning itself. I'm fine at my house until I get to work and then it's sneeze sneeze sneeze:blink: I'm actually better outside sometimes.....

I used to take alot of meds for allergies but, I don't hardly take anything anymore unless I absolutely have to...I'll get better come fall fishin' and get plenty of Budweiser antihistamine:lol:
